Poor - I have significant limitations that affect activities of daily living; severe symptoms with light work.
Fair - I have moderate limitations that affect activities of daily living; no sports possible; moderate symptoms with light work.
Good - I have some limitations with sports but I can participate; I compensate. Mild symptoms with light work.
Very Good - I have only a few limitations with sports; no symptoms with light work.
Excellent - I am able to do whatever I wish (any sport) with no problems.
